Students gain practical experience by expertly breaking down pork, lamb, and beef into precision cuts, as well as creating specialty items like sausages and snack sticks. Their education emphasizes skill, pride, and a profound respect for the craft.

 

📍 Please note: All orders must be placed online, with local pickup available in Auburndale, WI on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm at Auburndale High School. Shipping and delivery are not currently available.
